HUNT CLUB.

The North Taranaki Hunt Club's meet, which was held on Thursday afternoon at Oraata, was an unqualified success Unfortunately ihe huntsman. Mr Ingram Colson, had ;i tall early in the day, and the pack misled his services sorely. Messrs Clemow's and Penwarden's pioperties were hunted over, a'd provided splendid country. The drag supplied some excellent and varied fences, covering a course of about a mile and a half. A numlicr of members negotiate.! the journey safely, some of the horses * bowing excellent form.
