J THE TIMES REJOICES. London, July 2. The Times rejoices that New Zealand has been raised to the status of a "Dominion."' Her resources, energy and strong Imperial sentiment are unmistakable indication of the increasingly important role she is destined to play. The Times commends Sir J. (i. Ward's staunch, enlightened championship of Imperial unity.
