A TRAGEDY
ATTEMPTED MURDER AND SUICIDE Received 2nd, 10.12 p.m. Sydney, July 2. A tragedy occurred at Hillston. A opened the door, Whatly shot her in the the door of a house occupied By a woman named Htissey, and when the latter opened the door, Whatley shot her in the breast, the bullet emerging at the armpit. Whatly atted the woman if she was nearly dead, and. getting an affirmative reply, blew out his own brains. The woman is progressing favorably.
