THE KAI ORA WRECK.

RESUMPTION OF THE INQUIRY'. Per Tress Association. Auckland, July 1. When the Court resumed its investigaton of the Kin Ora wreck this morning, Mr Mays, solicitor, representing the Marine Department, said there had been serious developments in the ease which would necessitate a, further adjournment to obtain the attendance of several witnesses. Morrison, who was at the wheel from 10 to 12 p.m. on (ho night of the wreck, would arrive from Wellington to-morrow. It was essential that his evidence should be taken directly he arrived- Other new witnesses were passengers, and some had come from as far south as Wanganui. The Court adjourned until 10 o'clock on Tuesday.
