To the Editor. Sir,--As -Mr Young has abandoned his former contention "that the objection to Maori landlordism is a bugbear," and now delinitely says "that the Maori landlord is an abomination in his eyes," 1 can quite agree with him in his desire to discontinue this correspondence. 1 feel highly pleased that, notwithstanding mv alleged youth, 1 have been able to convince so redoubtable a personage as the chaiiiuan of the Maori Rights Conservation Association that Jlaori landlordism is against the best interests ol' the community.—l am, etc., J'AS.
