THE MEASURE IN THE COMMONS. Received 20th, 0.33 p.m. London, June 20. Four hundred members of the House of Commons, in a memorial, asked Sir H. Campbell-Bannerman to give time for the completion of thc report, and the third reading stages of the Deceased Wife's Sister's Bill.
