He declares there is no logical obligation to comply with the demand, but it trill be forthcoming, (The original bond was /or £25,000; it lias been increased to £50,000.) A Complication has arisen between the I'cdei al and Victorian Governments over the proposal in regard to -guaranteeing debentures. "

Mr. .Moore (Premier of Western Australia) declares that Victoria's action respecting the mail contract lias entirely altered the position, and does not know what course his Government will take.)
