SCHOOL COMMISSIONERS.
The School Commissioners met on Friday, Air. Y\ adc presiding. 'i he lloaril granted transfers of loa.ses under the u>ual condilious as follows: Part section 27ii, Abia District, from Juhu Davidson to Julin Jenuison; section 517 and others, New Plymouth, from T. P. Lister to Jessie J. Hills; part section 5, block 1), Ngatimaru, from Thus. Anderson to Frank Baker.
The committee appointed to investigate iirrcai's of rents submitted its report, and the Commissioners decided to have conditions of lease of section 25, lluu and Waiwakaiho Districts, drawn up, C. T. Bundle's lease having lapsed. 'J he secretary reported having received definite authority to deal with the seelion at Xormanby required for the proposed addition to the school site. '■' he leasing of section t > block 8, Opakn, was deferred pending the devia- ! tion of the road.
