Per Press Association. Palmerstou N., June 17. At the Supreme Court Frederick Thomson, bootmaker, Feilding, was awarded I2i) damages and costs on the lowest scale against Freda C. McG'arry, nee Parson, Klcetaluma, for breach of promise of marriage. Plaintill' claimed C-110, nnd received tlio net loss on furniture purchased in anticipation of tlio marriage.
