London, June 12. The bye-election for ilutlandahlro »e----suited in the return of Mr Grafton, the Conservative candidate. The voting was:—
„Mr Gratton (Conservative) .. 2213 Mr Lyon (Liberal) ~ .. 1302
[The vacancy was eaußed by the death of the Hon. G. 11. Finch at tho age of 72. Mr Finch sat for Rutland lor 40 years. At the general election Mr Finch (Conservative) defeated Mr W. H. Pearson (Liberal) by 2047 votes to 1504.]
