Paris, June 7. | The newspaper Le Journul savs that . negotiations lietwcen France aiid England respecting the New Hebrides, resulted in the French and British administrations being made distinct. Ceriain secondary services will be conducted jointly. The paper adds that the exchange of Sierra Leone for the New Hebrides is impracticable.
