The Clerk of Awards has received from the President of the Arbitration Court an award whiih embodies Ihe agreement arrived at between employers in the painting and decorating trade, and the Amalgamated Society of Painters nnd Decorators. It provides for payment of a minimum wage of Is 3d per hour, with overtime rates for all work after eight hours have been worked per day.
