Per Press Association, Wellington, June 7. At Die Magistrate's Court to-day, the Levin Co-operative. Dairy Co. and the lloiowheuua Co-operative Poultry Co. were lined -Ids, with costs .CJ 10s, for failing to supply the Registrar of Companies wilh u list of members, and summary for the year, as required by law. At the Magistrates Court to-day. the hearing was resinned of the charge against Charles l)n )m .„„! ],- nu ,i- J[ ov . rah .alias James Morrah, of wounding (Instilv Orenburg. This was the case partly heard last week, in which defendants were alleged to have grievously assaulted Orenburg during a squabble' at a "two-up" school. After hearing further evidence for the prosecution, the case was again adjourned. As a result of the inquiry into the recent meeting of the Wellington Submarine Mining Volunteers, cheiges have been preferred against a non-commis-sioned officer for instigating the mutiny, and supplying information to the Press, etc.
