Received 7th. 12.1 a.m. „,. Lisbon, June 0, the Portugese Parliament was dismissed a month ago, but the King refuses to dismiss Cabinet, and governs by decree. The King remains in the palace. The Queen is subjected to insults "wlieu she appears publicly. Widespread protests are voiced against the King's action, ami miiiiy municipal!ties and newspapers urge the people to reluse to pay taxes. A deputation is visiting Prince Brnganza, the Pretender at Vienna,.who already declared he was willing to consider an oiler of the throne if the revolutionary movement were successful.
