Evidence was given by the d).tors who made ilie posl-niorteju examination, that death resulted from a b.i>l| fractured skull, and Hi- injuries could j not have been inilicted by a fall, but probably by deceased being struck Mi the head. After a hrief rotireineui, t.'ie jury returned u verdict that deceased came to his death by the Iractuhe of his skull, but how Hie injury was caused (he jury could not say from the evidence bel'oro them.
