CALLIOPE DOCK FATALITY CLAIMS.

In regard to the claims for damages arising out of the Calliope Dock disaster, hi>. Honor said that if the parties did not agree to have the general liability tested Ity the action of the Shaw, Savill ami Albion Company against the Harbor Hoard, he x;ould not try any other eases during the present sitting. Special juries had been called in all but one of the cases, but it was open for the parties to make fresh arnngements if they chose, lie had 110 time, however, to try these cases, even on the question of damages.
