THE 'FRISCO TROUBLE. THE 'FRISCO TROUBLE. New York, May 30. * Merchants, manufacturers, and property owners in San Francisco haw formed a committee of 75 to endeavor to remedy the existing conditions, check !!ie forces of disorder and restore the business confidence lost. A statement has been Issued by the Japan Association of Sou Francisco. It demands special police protection to prevent further trouble, and possibly blood--Oied, mid emphosiscs the fact that violence has been largely the result of racial prejudices, ''Hooligans" insulting and altackfiing Japanese while sparing others.
