PICKED UP EMPTY AT SEA. Received 31st, 9.30 p.m. London, May 31. A war balloon, containing Lieutenants Catilfield and Leak, of the Royal Engineers, both skilled aeronauts, ascended from Aldershot on Tuesday, and was . missing until Thursday, when the balloon ... was picked up empty by a fishing Bniack--jl near Exniouth.
