WESTRALIA'S TREATMENT OF BLACKS. Loudon, May 28. The Revs. D. B. Smith and Crowe, of Yerth, are attending the Assembly of ths Church of Scotland. Mr. Crowe described the condition of things in the north-west of Western Australia as shameful, because (he white men were dragging the blacks down. Sometimes the conduct of the whites rendered the missions to the heathen almost impossible.
