The o'-casion will he made more notable by the reappearance with this company of the distinguished aetor, Mr. Tlareomt lleatty. who was specially engaged whil-l in America. Mr. I'eatly is a strong favorite with Xew /.calandevs. who recollect his splendid perfornr.in'-e as King Charles in "Sweet Nell of Old Dntvy" and other plays in which Miss Nellie Stewart and Mr. llarcout Heaity figured so prominently.
