RAND MINES' STRIKES.
MINERS REPLACED BY DI'TCII. Pretoria, May 21. Poor Dutch are gradually replacing the strikers on the Rand. Engine-drivers and other mechanics continue to work. The strike is delaying development work rather than crushing.
