High Scluol Hoard of Coventors; members aiul stall' of the Taranaki Education Board; chairman and members of the Central, West End, and Fitzroy school committee; cnc teachers of the. Central, High,, We-t Eud and Fitzroy schools; the instructors of technical classes; Mr. W. E. Spencer (late Chief Inspector in Taranaki), .mi-

tor of the School Journal; Stratford" Technical School committee and stall'; Mr. Jas. Sundcrson, architect; and Mr, R. W. Bond, contractor for the lmililing; ministers of the Gospel, and editors of the New Plymouth papers. At 2.15 p.m. the committecc will meet the Hon. G. Fowlds and drive liim to the building, where he will be welcome I by the chairman of the committee; addresses will then be given by Mr .las. Wade, chairman of the Education Board ; the Minister for Education; His Worhip the Mayor; Mr H. Okey, M.H.R.; .Mr J. E. Wilson, chairman •of the Iliuli School Board of Governors; Mr Isaacs, Inspector of Technical Education; mid Mr W. K. Spencer' Hon. G. Fowlds will then be presented with a silver key, and will declaiv (he building open. The public will be invited to inspect the class rooms, and afternoon ton will he served by the !■'- dies' committee in the Art room. Should the day be wet these arrangements will, of course, be altered. In such nil event the addresses would be delivered in 111.' Art room.
