London, May 21. The Federal Customs Minister (Sir William Lyne) denies the Daily Chronicle cablegram that the mail syndicate
received an extension of time to increase the bond. If a fresh bond is de- - posited the syndicate will be at liberty to proceed with the contract, but -iU\ ■- contracts will be enforced.
