CYCLE ROAD RACING.
Per Press Association. Christohureh, May 22. The Council of the League of 'Wheelmen adopted a- report in favor of their taking control .of road racing, and granting CHI to each centre, on condition that they organise road races, at which prizes of the value of not less than £ls must be given. All riders in road races will require to obtain a license, with the exception of licensed track riders.
