KIDNAPPED FOR RANSOM.
Berlin, Mill-ell 24. Tlii; twelve•yi.-ar-olil son of Dr kivig-i-l', of Chicago, was tcidnnpped yesterday while playing in the garden'of Bis mother's house on the outskirts of Hamburg. The mother was divorced afiout a year ago anj wis accorded the guardianship of her child. She arrived at Hamburg lasi Thursday, where she rented a villa. During the afternoon the ehil.l was paying alone in the garden wh n two masked men drove up in a etrringe. and, after enticing him to come near them, picked him up and drove away with him at a gallon. No far tli« police have found no trace iof either ihe boy or the masked men.
