THE LAND SCANDALS.
COMMISSION'S CONCLUDING REPORT. Received 20th, 11.54 p.m. Sydney, May 20. Mr. Justice Owen has presented his final report on the land scandals. The Commission disclosed no new features. He considers that, after the lurid light the Commission threw upon the acts of certain land agents, and the way their applications were dealt with, no practical good would result from prolonging the Commission, which had lasted a little over two years.
