IRISH COUNCILS' BILL
A FAR-FETCHED PROPOSAL. London May lfi. The Executive of the National Council resolved that the Irish Council Bl?l was an insult to the Irish nation. It calls on the Irish members to withdraw from Parliament and return to Dublin and form an assembly which would claim representation at the Hague ali'd press for a settlement by the International Court of Arbitration of the dispute between Ireland and England.
