DISSATISFACTION IX IRELAND. HOSTILE TO IRISH ASPIRATIONS. Received 14th, 10.20 p.m. London, .May 14. The executive of the North Dublin ranch of the Irish League rseolved that the Irish Council Bill is absurdly inadequate and insultingly hostile to the national aspirations of the Irish race. The Bishop of Kildare also opposed the Bill, because the clergy are ineligible for the Council.
