Mr Wilding, solicitor, acting cm behalf of the parents (now in England) of the youth Moorhouse, has forwarded to the parents of the hoy Gourley, killed through a motor cycle ridden by Moorhouse colliding with him on the New Brighton bench, a cheque for .CJSO. Moorhouse had been before the Court charged with manslaughter, but the. Grand Jury found no bill.
JIOORIIOUSE KE-ARRESTED. Christchurch, May 11. A fresh charge of manslaughter was laid against young Moorhouse in the Police Court to-day respecting the New Brighton beach case, in which the Grand Jury found "no bill" yesterday.
