Per Press Association. Wellington, May 14. At the annual meeting of the New Zealand Times Compnny the report of the directors referred to the increased revenue and volume of business. Additional machinery was being obtained to keep'pace with the expanse of busmen. In consequence of this and the procuring of additional pmperlv on T.mnbton Qmy. it had been decided to increase the e.ipital of the companv by the issue of 3d ()()() CI shares. A'four per cent, dividend was declared, making eight per cent, for the year.
