NOTICE OF POLLING DAY. TN pursuance of "The Electoral Act,' 1905," J, WILLIAM AlU'llUU DUN'IUE BANKS, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Tav.uiaki, do hereby give notice thai, by virtue ot a Writ bearing date the 30th Jay of APRIL, 1007, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an election will lie held for the return of a qualified person io serve as member for the >aid district ; and tlmt the latest day for receiving nominations of candidates will lie the SIXTH DAY of MAY, 1007 ; and at the several polling-places of the said district on the 14th day of MAY, 1907. Every man desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by no. stors of the district, by a nomination-paper as prescribed by section 97 of the said Act, delivered io the Returning Officer on or before the titli day of May, 11107.
