CRICK CONSPIRACY CHARGES
Kecoived 10th, 10.25 p.m. Sydney, Jlay 10. The Acting-l'iider-Secretary, Replying on behalf of the Attorney General to Mr Crick's complaint of non-issue vi summonses, states that the Hon. Mr Wade (Attornoytieneral) did not authorise the refusals, The magistrates were acting on their own discretion. Reports from the magistrates, show thai they refused the issue of summouse, because Crick declined to give any particulars of the alleged conspiracy.
