I'er Press Association. Auckland, May 7. The evidence for the union in the tramway dispute case was concluded today with the exception of the medical evidence, which will be taken to-morrow. Considerable evidence was given regarding (he request for motormcu's seats. All ex-motonuan said the continued standing on flie cars had produced varicose veins Imm which lie was now suH'cring. He said lie knew several men who had left the service because of this (rouble. Another molorman, who said he was desirous of improving his position, staled that lie applied for a fiovermnent billet, but on being medically examined it was found that he had varicose veins.
