JN pursuance of "Tlie Electoral Act," 1005," I, WILLIAM ARTHUR DL'NBAII BANKS, Returning OHiccr for the Electoral District o£ Tarauaki, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ bearing date the 30th day of APRIL, 1907, under tho hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as member for the said district ; and that the latest clay for receiving nominations of candidates will be the SIXTH DAY of MAY, 1907 ; and that the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling-places of the said district on the 14th day of MAY, 1907. Erery man desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not, less than two electors of the district, hy a nomination-paper as prescribed by sect|ion 97 of the said Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before the (ith day of May, 1907.
