JN pursuance of "The Electoral Act," 1005," I, WILLIAM ARTHUR DI'XIJAR BANKS, Returning Ollicer for the Electoral District of Tai'iinaki, do hereby give notice thai, by virtue of a Writ bearing date the 30th Jay of APRIL, 1007, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as member for the said district ; and that the latest day for recciwing nominations of candidates will be the SIXTH DA if of MAY, 1007 ; and that the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling-places of the said district oil the 14th day of MAY, 1007. livery man desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the district, by a nomination-piper as prescribed by section 07 of the said Act, delivered to the Returning Ollicer on or before the (ith day of May, 1)107.
