BUTTER GRADING.

Sir \V. Lyne (Federal Custom*" Minis- cr) visited Tooley street and inspected the lauding of butter. ]le interviewed several importers repealing grading. They said there was 110 obIjectiou to grading, which was of educational value fur factories, but were, j dissatisfied with the way the grading j wn.s at present performed.
