AUSTRALIAN MAIL CONTRACT.
ARRANGEMENTS NEARLY COMPLETED. Received 28th, 4.54 p.m. London, April 27. Representatives of the new Australian Hail Syndicate, in a brief interview with Mr. Dcakin and Sir W. Lyne, intimated they would able in a few days to announce that satisfactory arrangements had been completed for an early commencement with the building of vessels.
