AUCKLAND STOCK REPORT. The New Zealand Loan aud Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd. report as follows:
Horses: Heavy draughts sold at from £2O 5/ to £3B; medium do., £lO 10/ to £32; hacks and light harness horses. £0 10/ to £18; Cortland waggon, £3O; sulky, £l2 10/. The hurdle horse Ncstator realised 530 guineas, the trotters Empress 22 guineas, Woodbine 35 guineas, and Tmporator 17 guineas.
At Waluku on Saturday. Dairy cows sold at from £3 10/ to £5 15/: emptv do.. £1 10/ to £3 2/; two to three-year-old steers, £2 10/ to C - 17/0. ' Fat cattle at Newmarket rates. Cattle: At the Ncivmnrkef Yards on Tuesday there was a full yarding of stock of nil descriptions. The advertise,! 1000 store owes from Gisborne and the East Coast sold at from 11/ to 13/.
Pigs: Porkers sold at from l-VO to £1 0/; haeoners, £1 15/ to £2 8/; weaners, 7/fi to 12/0. We submitted an extra largo caialoftuo of hides, skins, and tallow on Tuesdav.

Ai.DWGTON" REPOT!!. Per Press Association. CHIUSTCHURCH, April 24. At the Addiugton live stock market to-day there was again a large entry of almost all classes of stock, and a good attendance. Fat cattle, except prime sorts, were easier. In consequence of another large yarding, store sheep sold at about the previous week's rates.. Fat lambs were firmer, and fal. sheep, except old ewes, which were easier,' showed no change! in prices. Pigs were not quite so brisk of sale, as the supply was a heavy one. The entry of store sheep was not quite so large as last week's, lambs and ewes forming the bulk of the entry. There was a fair demand for all clas-es, and prices showed practically no change. A fairly huge entry of fat lambs was composed mostly ul prime quality. There was good competition among the export buyers, and prices for prime lambs showed a ri-e of ahtnit lid per head. Tegs made 17/ Hto 2(1/. a few extra heavy 22/. slamwrd vciejit 1:1/0 to 17/. lighter 12/0 to 1:1/.
There was again a large mixed yarding of fat sheep, including a good' proportion of prime ems and wclhei-s. These sold full up to last wok's rates, there being a good demand for ho1?i wethers and ewes for export. Aged and inferior ewes were easier. A few pens of prime merino wethers sold well. The range of prices was:—Prime we hem 1!)/ to 22/1. lighter 10/5 to 18/11, merino wethers U/:l to 10/!). prime < wes 10/0 to 20/1. medium 14/ io ]«/. arrd !>/ to U/.
Tlie entry of fat cattle totalled :121. (he hulk being of prime qualilv. There was an easier tone in the market for medium and inferior sons, but prime, handy weight steer* and heifers sold well. A line of twenty-four North Island steers sold at £l(i n/ to -:il 7/0. Other steers brought £0 1,1/ to tll7/0, heifers £.3 to £7 17/0. and cows £4 10/ to £7 12/0 (equal to -'.'!/ to 20/ for prime, steers, and 20/ to 22/0 for medium quality per IOOIbi A large yarding of veal calves made 4/0 to 00/, according to size and quality. Only a few small lots of store cattle were offered, and the sales effected did not form quotations. There was a moderate entry of dairy cows, and they met with an improved demand, sales being made up to £S 1.")/.
There was a large yarding of. pigs, a large proportion of the fats being of prime quality. They sold at las,t week's rate", and there! was a good sale for stores. Baconers made 38/ to 48/, and heavier SO/ to 53/. equal to 4'/,<l per lb; porkers 28/ to 30/, e.jual to 4<'/,d per lb: large stores 22/ to 2f>/, medium l.j/ to 20/, and weaners 8/ to 12/0. BIT,NSTDK REPORT. Per Press Association. , DUNJSDIN, April 24. At the Bin-nside stock sales 192 sheep were penned. This large yarding consisted chiefly of unfinished wdiior* and
ewes, wi.h a few pens of .prime quality. Prices showed a slight decline all round, a drop of 1/ to l/(i being noticable on last week's rates. Quotations—Best wethers 20/ to 22/, extra to 2:1/11. good 17/ to lit/, medium 12/ to 10/; best ewes Hi/ lo 18/, extra to 1!)/, good 11/ to l:i/, medium 7/ to 10/.

WEBSTER BROS' RKPORT. Webster Bros, report—On Saturday we had a good entry of poultry. Prices were better. We quote. Hens 1/1 to 1/li, pullets 1/S to 2/. ducks 1/5 to 1/10, cockerels 1/3 to 1/8. The usual mart sale following was well attended. Krnit has been very scarce for the week though apples are now coming forward in large quantities. Apples cookers 2/ti to 3/, Northern Spy 3/0 to 4/, according to boxes; prime Nelson l'ive crowns fi/fl to 7/.
