CAPTAIN'S ERROR OF J L'IXIMEXT. Received 24th, j 1.23 p.m. London. April 24. The finding of the Board of Trade enquiry concerning the loss of the steamer Berlin was that tile disa-tcr was due to the master's error ot judgment in entering a new waterway ill tin' weather conditions prevailing, an-,; not making sufficient allowance for the wind and sea.
