SCARLET FEVER IN AUCKLAND.

At a meeting of the Hospital Board to-day it was reported that live cases of scarlet fever and live eases of diphtheria had been admitted, and that it was evident (hat the children's ward was infected with measles. It was slated that necessary steps had been'taken for preventing the spread of outbreaks.
