Day, N.JI., in answer to a charge of having attempted to murder Nellie Jaek : soil. The chief detective stated that Mrs. Jackson was still unfit to attend at the Court. The deceased, when cluirged said, "1 don't remember anything about it,'' He was remanded for one week,
