ARBITRATION COURT.
Per Press Association. Thames, April 10. Price liros., the foundry proprietors, were fined C 5 at !'io Arbitration Court for breach of awaru iu paying men less than the rates stipulated in the recert engineers' award, paying the men eight instead of ten shillings. For accepting less than tiie rate fixed by vhe Court the men were ordered to pay the oostS of tiie case.
