ADDINGTON STOCK MARKET. Per Press Association. Clnistchurch, April 17. At the Addingtou live stock market today there was u large yarding of stock, the fat cattle and sheep entries being heavy. There was a good attendance. Fat cattle were easier in consequence of the heavy yarding. Sheep of all classes Mild well up to previous week s rates. 1 lie entry of store sheep was a large mixed one of all classes. At the open-, in" of the, sale competition was rather -lack, but improved later on, and some of the lines ollered brought better prices ihan at last week's sale. There was a good inquiry for all sorts, lorward lambs selling best. There was also a heavy entry of fat lambs, a larger proportion ilr.ui of late being unfinished. There was good competition for prime freezers, and prices were a shade firmer, while other sorts were about up to last week's vales.
