COAL LUMPERS' STRIKE.
THE STRIKERS CIRCUMVENTED. Received 18th, 1.2 a.m. Sydney, April 17. The outcome of the trouble over coaling mail boats was discussed at a. meeting of colliery owners and coal stevedores, which decided to open a labor bureau of their own, and engage coal lumpeiy in terms of the Arbitration Court award, it is expected that work under the new conditions will commence on Friday. Meantime, the vessels,affected by the strike continue 'coaling with the casual hands.
