Information has been laid against „ dentist charging bini with having permitted an unregistered person to perforin dental operations on his behalf while not under his immediate supervision. The assistant will be charged with having, as mi unregistered person within the meaning of the Dentists' Act, 1!)IW, performed a dental operation on behalf of his employer, both lmvimr by j inference adopted Hie tille of drillisl and j having used Ilia I tille. The inform!!-i lions were laid bv the police at the instance of Hie Dental Association. .■
