A lease, of sees, 3, j. 7, 8, 2.3 to 33, inclusive, was granted to W. Eudenian for a term of seven years at a rental of live per cent, on the upset price, and he will be informed .that the Boaid cannot grant a lease of the public reserves mentioned in the application for a term of more tliau twelve months unless they are sulnnitled to public auction. A lease of sec. 12, block I, Aria, will lie issued to W. Molonc. Six mouths' exlension of time was granted to X. Ferguson, to make improvements on sec. 4, block 7, Waro. The ranger's report on see. 12, block fl I'oiialn, held by 'Kinnia Chillis, was rend] showing that improvements were deficient.
