Heavy traffic for the purpose of this notice means the trans-, portalion of any vehicle, engine, or machine which itself, or together with any load being transported thereon or I herewith weighs more than one ton avoirdupois. (2) Only one such vehicle, engine, or machine will be allowed on the bridge at any one time. (3) Light tradie must cross at a rate not exceeding four miles an hour. (4 All heavy traffic and all horses or cattle must cross at the ford below the bridge. (5) The Contractor (Mr L, O. P. Spencer) for the building of the new bridge, has charge of the temporary bridge during continuance of his contract and is authorised to prevent heavy traffic over the same.
