Till': ADMINISTRATION CHANGES. London, April 12. Lord Cromer's letter of resignation emphasised that no political considerations of any kind whatever were associated therewith. Nothing could !)„• more effective or generous than the manner in which the Government supported him. Sir Edward Grey and Mr lialfour eulogised Sir E. Gorst. The latter sa'd that everybody knew how anxious lie would be to carry out intact Lord Cromer's marvellous policy and wished him success. The Times says that Sir Eldon Gorst goes to Egypt with infinitely fairer prospects than Lord Cromer in 1883.
