The Reichstag's Elections Investigation Committee invalidated Baron Richthofen's election for SeheweednitzStriegau, on the ground of Count Billow's undue iiilluence in telegraphing to the editors of newspapers between the first and second ballots that all burgois parties should, regardless of differences, unite against the Social Democrats.
