Received 12th, 11.21 p.m. Loudon, April 12. Sir E. Grey, in reply to questions, said a small inglo-Freneh committee was being appointed a New Hebrides Joint Board of officials to fix salaries and other conditions of service. Britain's representatives in the conference with France regarding the convention were not yet settled. Australia and New Zealand would probably appoint their own representatives.
